The making of... Many Arts Studio
Hello, curious hearts!
The making of Many Arts Studio has never been linear, just impromptu, and inevitable.
We don't have a timeline, just a multitude of lines, and shapes, and colour, and characters and emotions, wildly overlapping one another.
Nevertheless, we wanted to share our story of a new beginning which we thought some of you might find entertaining.
And: watch out, images do move like fishes ;)

A fiery red centre
Rings of rounds and spikes
Many tendrils stretching and waving all around and afar
Amongst a good sprinkle of bright little stars
So strong that it ripples out
Into an empty room

Excitement of a good old blank canvas
Overwhelm of an anxious homeless pile
Patience of a hand sewing needle

Elegance of a red running stitch
Tsunami of smokes & hashes

A fish out of water!
Timid kids of different colours

Inner critics crosses-throwing big time
Sparing one

Big empty head
On a bare slope
Panic!
Space for "obsession"?

Ok!
Hello from old and new friends?

Oh Yes!
Hoya shares pride at the turn of the year:

Listen, I need a snug pot till I'm satisfyingly root-bound
Nothing the first year
Slow growth the second
Burgeoning the third
Now watch my loooooooooooooooooooooooooong reaching vines!
Have you noticed any aspects of you got shifted, or become louder or quieter?

Nevertheless, we wanted to share our story of a new beginning which we thought some of you might find entertaining.
So we went fishing for images in the sea of memory at NYE with oil pastels and paper, in the sun, tree shade, and good company of creative friends; within 30mins, we had a decent harvest with no fishes harmed (Hooray!).
Hope you enjoy the show-and-tell below.
